Digital Earth Exchange is a two-sided marketplace connecting buyers of power and compute with verified suppliers. We facilitate sourcing, negotiation, and contracting; we are not the manufacturer or owner of the equipment or capacity transacted.
Our agents source, negotiate, and draft on your behalf, but no purchase is executed without your explicit sign-off. You set the approval thresholds and decisions that require human review.
Submitting a sourcing request is free. We charge a transaction fee on completed purchases, disclosed before you sign and never hidden in the supplier's price. No subscription or per-seat fees.
Prices shown before acceptance are estimates based on current supplier inventory. Final pricing, availability, and lead times are confirmed with suppliers and reflected in the signature-ready contract.
You agree to provide accurate requirements, use the platform only for legitimate procurement, and not misrepresent your identity or authority to transact. Suppliers who cannot deliver what they quoted are removed.
