About Digital Earth Exchange
Digital Earth Exchange is the marketplace where the buyers and sellers of the world's most critical resources — power and compute — meet. We connect data center operators, hyperscalers, AI infrastructure builders, and oil & gas operators with the power sources and GPU capacity they need to scale, secure, and accelerate their operations.
In a market where megawatts and accelerators have become as strategic as capital itself, Digital Earth Exchange gives buyers a transparent, vetted channel to procure what was once locked behind brokers, opaque contracts, and fragmented supply chains. Our AI agents do the legwork — sourcing, negotiating live pricing and lead times with verified suppliers, and returning a signature-ready contract — so deals that took quarters now close in days.
What we do
Built around the realities of modern infrastructure procurement — and run by agents that handle the sourcing, matching, and negotiation end to end.
Power for data centers & energy operators
From behind-the-meter generation to grid-tied capacity, stranded gas, and turnkey power packages — gas turbines, gensets, fuel cells, transformers, and switchgear — we help buyers identify, evaluate, and secure the energy supply that fits their site, timeline, and load profile. Whether you are commissioning an AI training cluster or expanding an upstream operation, we match supply to your exact MW target.
GPUs for data centers
As AI demand outpaces traditional procurement cycles, Digital Earth Exchange offers a direct path to the GPU inventory that keeps roadmaps on schedule — H100, H200, B200, MI300X, and adjacent networking. We source, qualify, and broker accelerator capacity for operators who cannot afford to wait.
Every transaction on Digital Earth Exchange is built on the same principle: serious counterparties, verified supply, and the operational diligence that infrastructure-grade deals require.
Our leadership
Digital Earth Exchange was co-founded by David Mason and Max Cabrera, who bring together a rare combination of marketplace experience and deep technical expertise.

Why Digital Earth Exchange
The energy buyers powering the AI revolution and the operators pulling hydrocarbons from the ground share a common challenge: the resources they need are scarce, time-sensitive, and difficult to source through traditional channels. Digital Earth Exchange was built to solve that problem at the intersection where it matters most — between power and compute.
We bring marketplace discipline to procurement decisions that have historically depended on relationships, intermediaries, and incomplete information. The result is faster cycles, qualified counterparties, and infrastructure that gets built on schedule.
