Privacy Policy

This summary describes how Digital Earth Exchange handles your data in plain language. A full policy is being finalized; for any question in the meantime, contact privacy@digitalearthx.ai.

What we collect

Your sourcing requests, uploaded documents (BOMs, specs), the requirements our agents extract, and the negotiation history generated on your behalf. If you sign in, we store your account details (name, email) to attach proposals to your profile.

How we use it

We use your data solely to source supply, match it against verified suppliers, negotiate on your behalf, and draft contracts. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to inform other buyers' negotiations.

Who can see it

Your sourcing requests and negotiation history are visible only to you and the suppliers engaged on your deal. Supplier identities are withheld from buyer-facing views until a deal is in motion; buyer details are shared with a supplier only as needed to fulfill an accepted proposal.

Security & retention

Documents are stored in access-controlled cloud storage and transmitted over encrypted connections. We retain records for as long as needed to operate the marketplace and meet legal and contractual obligations.
